Good and would recommend to friends.

Room temperature was to hot and hard to keep. Sleeping was difficult due the hot temperature in the room. Everything else was great.

Great staff and breakfast

The staff were so kind and wanted to help wherever they could. The breakfast was also excellent. So much choice for both western and Korean preferences. Really comfortable beds, linen and pillows. Great location for the busy market and shopping.

Small room but that was in the description. Shower over the bath feels a little wrong for a four star hotel but worked perfectly well when the shower curtain was not sticking to you! Not cheap for size of room.

Very Good

The room was cleaned daily and each time the towels where changed. We had a good room and it was quit. The best thing was the Location!

They could modernize the rooms, it's outdated. The bed was not the best for me.

I've stayed 4 times and will stay again

location is perfect. there's subway exit in front of the hotel and the airport shuttle (6015 and 6001) about 50 meters walk only. Myeongdong is a quick walk away, whether for beauty products, street food or regular restaurants. Room is clean. Coin laundry very convenient. Hotel will keep your luggage for a while if you have to check out early. Convenience store beside the hotel.

Not sure if staff is reluctant to make recommendations or they are not allowed to but sometimes if you ask them if there's so and so establishment (example foot massage place), they will answer they don't know if there are any in the vicinity of the hotel.

Best experience in Myeongdong

Convenient location on the edge of the Myeongdong market. Stage was extremely friendly and helpful. On site restaurant lets you experience Korean style dining for breakfast with sufficient western style options for the picky eater

Rooms were very small as is usual in Asian. Sparse but comfortable

Great! Will come back to stay when going back to Seoul and will recommend to friends and family.

Location! Location! Location! Booked a quad room and it was very comfortable for us with 2 baths (a toilet with bathtub and a separate shower). 7-11 beside it. Accessible through airport limousine and Metro Myeongdong exit 9 at its doorstep. Lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby. Daisy and Music Korea across the street and kpop stores around the corner. Receptionists are very helpful (specially when helping with your tour bookings) and spoke good English.

That the eating area was at basement 2 with no windows. Our room had a small window facing a building. But then again we seldom stayed inside the room except to sleep.

Excellent location. Few steps from Myeongdong street food. Few steps from airport bus pick up point.

The pillow is very thin and stiff. The bed is also a bit stiff.

Just great. will definitely recommend to friends visiting Seoul in future.

hotel location was just great, being right next to the Myeongdong subway station and close to the shopping streets and restaurants. The inner room that was allocated to us this time (as compared to our last stay) was much bigger. Room was very clean too

Each room was given two card key and we accidentally lost one card and the front desk staff insist on charging us Won 10,000. Try to seek some waiver as our group had booked three rooms for 6 days and felt some exception can be given this time around. Otherwise, every thing was great.

Comfortable and modern hotel for a visit to Myeongdong and Seoul

Super, super convenient location as hotel is just in front of Exit 9 of the Myeongdong Subway Station if you're coming from the subway. Airport Limousine bus stop is also close by. Can't get any more convenient! Main tourist and shopping street is short walk away. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Paid breakfast buffet next to lobby is has a lot of options.

Great location

Liked- check in was easy. The room was clean. They had bottles of water in the fridge. The location is right off the station exit and connected to a 7-eleven. They let us keep our bags by the front desk after checking out. The did let us know that the building was on heat only and that you could rent a fan if you wanted. Surprisingly not a lot of noise on the 9th floor with the window open at night. Disliked- The shower head made it impossible to take a normal shower. The bed was very hard.

It’s a great hotel if you’re looking for a no-frills hotel which has convenient public transportation stations and shopp

Its location, which is right in front of the Myeongdong subway, and the airport bus, just across the road to the Seoul City Bus Tour stop2, walking distance to the Myeongdong shopping area, and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room is rather small, feels like a cramped space for a family. But the toilet was good, comes with a bath tub.

Good, comfortable hotel in good location.

Location of the hotel is perfect if you like shopping markets, lively atmosphere, etc. We found it central for our needs and would have loved to extend but due to no availability had to move for our last 2 nights.

Room was a little small but it was comfortable given that we planned on being out most of the time.

Great location, friendly staff as always. Love the water pressure and clean room.

People in the hallway might be a bit loud depends on your luck. Get some earplugs will help a lot.

Wonderful

The location was ideal as the subway entrance were just steps from the front entrance of the hotel. A taxi stand was also conveniently located just a few feet way and made it easy to get a ride. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. One more thing, when you step onto the floor for your room, the hallway smells amazing. I would love to know what they use. It made my experience at the property so relaxing.

Only one thing, the rooms were a bit small, but that will not deter me from booking another stay at this property.
